Black Friday VS. Black Tie

Welcome Back, now that you 've had ample time to get over Turkey day shopping let us know what you bought! Did you get trampled, beat up, robbed or what? The theme seemed to be everything Black was the must have purchase of the day. The biggest trend right now is black clothing, fitteds, sneakers, President, wealthiest power couples and so on, so its only right that the biggest debut of the black friday was two pairs of black sneakers. The DJ Clark Kent Black Friday was a big deal, causing people to miss Thanksgiving with family to camp out at one of the three release locations. Here in Miami the weather was great and the launch was at night so there was plenty of time to wait. They did a really great job making sure no one saw the shoe until they bought it. Not one picture leaked from what we saw online. The Adidas Black Tie was a great looking release in a nice black not too shiny or dull. Overall, it seemed like the crowds were light in the stores and the sales prices were so low you would think the holidays have already passed. Online shopping was even better without having to fight the crowds but getting the same deals with all the Streetwear sites offering deep discounts even on new merchandise. Now its time to see what the day after Christmas brings us, with all the stores trying to generate at least a small profit in these tough times the deals will get better and we can buy more shoes and toys with less money. Yeay!
